About Us
Whisky as it's meant to be...
Founded in May 2020 by George Stewart, the goal of the Stewart Whisky Company is to celebrate the essential elements that go into the crafting of great whisky; the forces of nature, hands and time. We aim to do that with carefully curated single cask bottlings that showcase Scotland's most treasured distilleries as well as some more iconoclastic offerings that we hope will surprise and delight drinkers.
Our first releases emerged in early 2021 and since then we have periodically bottled casks which we feel are up to our standards and are true to our approach to exciting and unique whisky.
